Energy Guide/Coaching Guidelines and Agreement Brylie Gorman of Goddess in a Suit
I am so thrilled you are investing in yourself and showing up for yourself within our coaching relationship! Please read the following guidelines carefully. If you do not accept what is included below and in my disclaimer you must not enrol in any Goddess in a Suit or Brylie Gorman’s training programs, offerings, events or any sessions offered by Goddess in a Suit.
Please note by scheduling/booking or reserving a session with me in both one or one or group setting you are automatically consenting to the following terms explained below.
Coaching is only ‘successful’ if you put in as much as you are wanting to get out of it. This is a two-way relationship that is based on sharing of our mutual genius’, staying accountable and fully showing up. You are the only one that can make positive changes in your life for yourself if you choose too. Coaching and mentoring can only assist you to gain further indepth insights into yourself, your patterns, your actions and your thoughts.
My intention is that YOU get the most out of your investment by giving your full energy in showing up in your edges, genius and honesty.
I run a feminine led body based business so this means at times I will be unavailable based on my own bodies needs, in these instances such as the first day of my bleed I will communicate this to you with as much notice as I can and will then come back fresh and all in to support you with where you are at. By signing up to work with me in this way you are part of changing the patriarchal approach to ‘work’ for all our futures. I also encourage you to let me know when you are needing to take time to support your body and being as well.
Responsibilities: Coach/Energy Guide
As your coach I will show up for you, I will be invested in your success and I will be a sounding board for you. I will respectfully highlight your thinking, stuck patterns or old beliefs that might be hindering you from achieving your goals. You can expect me to challenge you, offer new perspectives, ask you to complete follow up actions, celebrate you and keep all of our interactions completely confidential (unless in the instance that I fear for yourself or another’s safety).
As your Coach I will partner with you to identify your goals and help you on the path to achieve them. I am not able to guarantee your results as this is what you are responsible for in taking powerful action and commitments in your life.
As your pocket astrologer and coach in Essence I will invest myself in knowing and researching your individual chart and sharing bite sized information for you to understand your unique energies, timings and cycles that you are in and how they might be impacting you in your now.
Coachee
As a Coachee you agree that you will be accountable for implementing your own physical, mental, emotional wellbeing decisions, choices, actions and results. As such you agree that myself, your Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction or any results from any services provided.
As a Coachee you agree to communicate openly and honestly, be open to feedback, and inform your Coach if you are having any difficulties participating in the service upfront so these can be resolved. As a Coachee you agree to commit the time and energy to fully participate in the program/sessions you are signing up for.
As a Coachee you agree that you are aware that this is not a counselling service and is rather an invitation for you to know more about yourself, your growth and personal development. You agree that this service does not in any way diagnose, prevent, cure or treat any medical disorder or medical disease. And you understand that this service is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals.
If as a Coachee you are currently under the care of a mental health professional it is recommended that you inform that professional of your participation in Goddess of a Suit Energy Practices/Coaching.
