My astrology readings are one off and are an introduction into your chart, providing you with an overall reading of your energy and placements. Only so much can be covered in the allocated time in these readings and I am trying to give an oversight of your entire chart. The voxer chat following my astrology readings is time limited (48hours) and is only for questions and clarifications related to what was said in the reading.

Essence is providing you with intimate 1:1 coaching support and astrology support where you can ask questions, raise areas you are wanting more support with and will provide you with a much more in-depth understanding of your astrology chart/s. We can personalise it to what's important to you now and therefore go deeper into areas of your soul's blueprint that will support you to move forward and reach your next level. The support is either over 1 month or 6 months and you can pose questions, and chat at any time as your energy ebbs and flows and as things come up for you.

This is the kind of coaching support I personally love to receive myself as I can be fully authentically me, not have to ‘show up’ at a certain time and turn on my self development enthusiasm at that scheduled time and on video, (because we all know sometimes you just ain't in the mood for growth some days!) and I can ask for support with what I need at the time that suits me and as it comes up. I am also a retired people pleaser and so I know with face to face coaching sometimes I have watered things down…..

In voxer I have been able to simply say the thing then let it be there and I feel that I have personally been more courageous and focused on being totally real and honest to get the most out of the experience.

I am a master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach and practitioner and also a Values Pendulum Consultant. I have years of experience as a facilitator and professional development coach while in my corporate career and also experience working privately in this field. I am currently in training to be an Integrative Health Practitioner to combine my love and knowledge of integrative and functional health with my own personal journey in health and healing with my love of Coaching.
