Here is how Essence works…

• You choose between the 1 Month or 6 Month package of coaching support and Astrology insights with me; an Astrologer and Master NLP Practitioner and Coach.

• You fill in an intake questionnaire providing me with your birth details (please note your exact birth time is needed for this service) and introducing yourself to me. 

• I will use your Natal Astrology chart to review your personal energy, the planets and the transits that are impacting you and provide you with intimate knowledge about how you are uniquely designed. 

• We will use the Voxer voice messaging app to connect one to one.  

• You will send voice messages with any questions, thoughts, reflections….anytime, as I am aware that the energy ebbs and flows as the planets move around our skies. Responses and coaching support will mostly be provided between Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

• I will provide you with coaching support to help you gain clarity, conviction and expansiveness.
